Posted.art Help & Support

Official support documentation, step-by-step guides and screenshot walkthroughs for the Posted.art app. Learn how to create and send a Postcard, find troubleshooting help, or explore the separate Create & Earn and Art Certificate features.

Create and send a personal Postcard using artwork from the library. Choose artwork, write your message, preview it on Share, create it and send its link. Uploading artwork through Create & Earn and collecting Art Certificates are separate activities.

Start with How to create and send a Postcard. Guides are in English. Match screenshots to your client and state; see the linked FAQ for current prices and network support.

How to create and send a Postcard

To create a personal Postcard in Posted.art, choose artwork from the library, add your message on Write, preview it on Share, create the Postcard and send its link to your recipient. The main flow is Home → Card → Write → Share.

You do not need to upload artwork or buy an Art Certificate to make a personal Postcard. Create & Earn is a separate feature for artists submitting original work to the shared library. Art Certificates are optional NFT purchases for collectors.

1. Choose artwork on Home

Open Home using the house icon. Browse the existing images and videos, or use Search to find a category or series. Select the artwork you want to use; it opens on Card, headed Explore.

Telegram starts on Account and connects automatically. Select Home to begin the same browsing flow. iOS, Android, web/PWA and Farcaster use the matching shared browsing controls.

Home — choose existing artwork

For filtering and finding a full series, see Home, Search & Series.

2. Continue from Card to Write

On Card, select the top-right arrow or the bottom pencil icon to open Write. You can use the artwork in a personal Postcard without purchasing it.

The artwork price and any NFT purchase control on Card relate to optional Art Certificates. They are not the step for making a personal Postcard.

Card — view the selected artwork

For artwork details and Favorites, see Card: View Artwork.

3. Add your personal message

On Write, enter your message. A new iOS message can start ready to type; on the web canvas, select Aa to edit text. Use the Done editing checkmark to finish text editing.

You can also add stickers, change the canvas background, attach music or a voice recording, or add a gift image. Those attachments are optional.

See Write & Personalize for formatting, positioning and attachment instructions. Match the screenshots to the current editing state; they do not represent every client's keyboard.

4. Review the Postcard on Share

Open Share using the top-right arrow or the bottom paper-plane icon. Review the selected artwork, your message and any attachments.

Share — preview with optional music and gift

The preview screenshot includes optional attachments; your controls depend on what you added.

5. Create the Postcard

On Share, select the dollar sign or top-right chevron to open confirmation. These controls create a personal Postcard; they are different from an Art Certificate purchase on Card.

The next panel depends on your client and account state:

ClientWhat happens next
Standalone iOS or Android appChoose Send Postcard now for this flow. Scheduling is a separate native-app option. Follow any account or subscription prompts shown.
Web wallet, including inside FarcasterReview the eligible free offer or the paid wallet checkout. Connect and sign in if prompted; paid creation requires approval in the wallet.
TelegramReview the eligible free offer or the paid Telegram Stars checkout. A paid checkout hands off to Telegram's payment flow.

Opening a confirmation panel alone does not complete a payment. Review the offer and follow the applicable confirmation steps. Allow the app to finish preparing the Postcard. See Preview & Share for the matching client-specific checkout screenshots and Pricing & Hosting for the current FAQ links.

When Postcard is Ready! appears, use its Share button to choose a messaging app and recipient, then finish sending there. Alternatively, use the Postcard link or show the QR code for someone to scan.

Creating the Postcard does not automatically deliver it to anyone. Opening the device's share menu alone does not send it either.

The Postcard link opens the recipient experience. You can also reopen a created Postcard from Account → Your Postcards by selecting its circular thumbnail while it remains hosted.

Home, Search & Series

Part of Postcards — create and send. New to Posted.art? Start with How to create and send a Postcard for the complete personal Postcard flow.

Home shows a selection of artwork from the Posted.art library. Choose an artwork to open its Card page, headed Explore, then continue to Write and Share when you want to make a personal Postcard.

Get around

Use the bottom navigation to open Home, Card, Write, Share or Account. The top arrows move through the relevant steps: on Card, the left arrow returns to Home and the right arrow opens Write.

Top controls change with the task. For example, active text editing uses a checkmark to finish editing, and a completed Share screen uses an X to close the workflow. Follow the current step's control rather than assuming every top-right button has the same action.

Search and filter the current selection

Use the top category row to browse, or select its plus to open Search. Choose the relevant options, such as a series, and apply the search. Some options, including Favorites, load their results directly.

filtered series results

Ordinary Home browsing loads a selection of up to 600 artworks. Standard searches filter that selection, so an artwork can be absent from a particular set of results without being absent from the library. Favorites, Limited Editions and creator results have their own retrieval behaviour; do not assume every special view is restricted to that ordinary selection.

For saved artwork, see Favorites.

Why does Home show only part of a series?

Selecting a series in Search shows matching artwork in the current Home selection. To browse the full series, open any matching artwork on Card. Series browsing can include artwork that was not present in your Home results.

For example, selecting Star Dust filters the loaded selection to Star Dust artwork. Opening one result lets you browse the rest of that series without repeatedly refreshing Home.

An artwork opened from an owned Art Certificate can instead use single-artwork mode. That route does not open the full series. See the artwork screen.

Load a fresh selection

Scroll to the bottom of Home and select the circular refresh-arrows button. Home loads a fresh selection and returns to the top.

Refresh keeps an active search applied to the new selection. If Star Dust is selected, the refreshed results show matching Star Dust artwork from the new batch without requiring you to choose the series again.

Selections can overlap, so refreshing does not guarantee that a specific artwork will appear. Open a matching artwork to browse its full series instead.

Browse a creator

In the web app, select the creator information on Card to open Home filtered to that creator's artwork. You do not need a wallet connection for this browsing action.

In iOS, the creator logo opens an Art Certificate explanation instead. See artwork controls for the client difference.

Find Create & Earn

The heart-plus Upload postcard icon appears at the lower right of Home, above navigation, for an authenticated supported EVM connection in the web app. It is separate from the heart used to save artwork to Favorites.

It is hidden in disconnected web sessions and unavailable in Solana, Telegram and the standalone Posted.art iOS/Android apps. Inside Farcaster, availability follows the connected wallet network.

Card can browse a full series beyond the selection currently loaded on Home. See Home and series browsing for navigation and filtering. An artwork opened through an owned Art Certificate can use single-artwork mode instead; that route does not open the full series.

Find the Art Certificate purchase icon

In the web app, connect and authenticate a wallet on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Arbitrum to use supported EVM Art Certificate features. The Card-page dollar-sign purchase icon opens the optional NFT purchase flow.

This icon is hidden in a disconnected web session and is unavailable for Solana and Telegram. Signing in to the standalone iOS or Android app does not enable web NFT purchasing. Inside Farcaster, availability follows the connected wallet network.

The Card-page purchase icon is separate from the Share-page dollar sign, which creates or pays for a personal Postcard.

View the connected EVM Card page with its token price and purchase icon. Continue with Art Certificate purchasing.

View the connected EVM Card page with its token price and purchase icon
View the connected EVM Card page with its token price and purchase icon

Understand the displayed price

For current Art Certificate reference prices, see the FAQ pricing section.

For EVM Art Certificate purchases, Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum use ETH; BNB Chain uses BNB. The web Card view can show a regional fiat reference alongside the token amount.

Standard token prices are refreshed approximately every fifteen minutes. This does not mean an already-open screen continuously refreshes. Premium artwork uses a separate purchase quote. Review the current purchase details and wallet request for the amount and network fee before approving. Screenshot amounts are examples, not fixed prices. See pricing.

Limited editions and copies remaining

An Unlimited Edition has no configured NFT supply cap. Limited-edition quantities apply separately on each supported network.

With a supported EVM connection, Card can show the copies remaining on the selected network, or Sold Out. For example, a 2,000-copy edition would have 1,999 remaining after its first purchase once the supply information refreshes.

If network supply information is not yet available, the label can instead show the configured edition limit. Distinguish that limit from a count explicitly labelled as remaining. Neither is the same as the copies your wallet owns, shown in the owned Art Certificate preview.

Favorites

Favorites keep artwork you like associated with your connected account. They are separate from the personal Postcards you create and share.

Save or remove a Favorite

On the artwork's Card page, select the heart. A red heart means the artwork is saved to your Favorites. Select the red heart again to remove it.

If you are disconnected, follow the account-connection prompt first, then select the heart to save the artwork. In iOS, the prompt offers Continue with Apple. Other clients use their own connection method; see Account.

Find your Favorites

  1. Open Home using the bottom house icon.
  2. Select the plus in the top category row to open Search. Scroll the row back to its beginning if needed.
  3. Select Favorites to load your liked artwork directly into Home. You do not need to press Search separately.

The For you pill is highlighted while Favorites results are active. Select its small cross to return to ordinary Home browsing.

View Favorites results on Home
View Favorites results on Home

Favorites are retrieved for the connected account separately from the ordinary Home selection. Refreshing ordinary Home is not how you restore an account's Favorites.

Why are my Favorites different or missing?

Check that you connected with the same account or wallet identity used when saving the artwork. Apple, Google, Telegram and wallet identities can have separate Favorites lists; do not assume that using the same display name merges them.

You can connect from Account using the bottom person icon. Follow the connection steps for your client, then return to Favorites.

The Card-page like count is shared across accounts, while the red heart reflects only the current identity. Artwork liked through another identity can contribute to the total without appearing in this identity's Favorites.

If expected results remain missing after checking the account, use the FAQ contact section for help.

Screenshot applicability

The red-heart artwork and Home Favorites results illustrate the common interface across iOS, Android, web/PWA, Telegram and Farcaster. The Apple connection prompt is specific to iOS; use the appropriate connection guidance for other clients. See screenshot guidance.

Write & Personalize

Part of Postcards — create and send. New to Posted.art? Start with How to create and send a Postcard for the complete personal Postcard flow.

From the artwork's Card page, select the top-right arrow or bottom pencil icon to open Write. Use the canvas to combine your message, stickers, background, music or voice recording, and an optional gift image.

Start and format your message

In iOS, a new message can open ready to type. In the web app, Write starts with the canvas; select Aa to edit text. An existing design can open in a different state from a new blank message.

While editing, use the toolbar above the text area. Select a control repeatedly to cycle its options:

ControlAction
Font type / TChanges the font.
Bold / BCycles through normal, bold and shadow styles.
Text fill / paint bucketChanges the colour behind the text, including no fill. It does not change the whole canvas.
AlignCycles through centre, left and right alignment.

Select the top-right Done editing checkmark to return to the canvas. Reopen Aa when you want to edit the message again.

Position, resize or remove items

Finish text editing before arranging the message. Drag text or a sticker to position it. On a touchscreen, use a two-finger pinch to resize an item.

During a drag, a bin appears near the bottom. Move the item over it until the bin turns red, then release to remove the item. To keep it, move it away from the bin before releasing.

Items are clipped at the canvas edges in the finished design. Keep the entire message or sticker inside the canvas unless you want a cropped effect.

Change the background

Select the main canvas's Paint bucket to cycle background colours. This is separate from the text toolbar's fill control.

The canvas rectangle is the design area; the surrounding black app background is not part of the Postcard. View a background and clipped-sticker example.

Add a sticker

Select the smiling-face-plus control to open the GIPHY sticker panel. It initially shows trending results, which can change.

Enter a word or phrase in Search stickers..., then use the magnifying glass or keyboard Search. You can try your own language; results depend on GIPHY's available matches.

Select a sticker to add it and close the panel. Drag it into position, pinch to resize on a touchscreen, or drag it to the bin to remove it. The sticker artwork used on the canvas is a still image; GIPHY branding does not mean every sticker will animate.

Add music

Select the music note to open Dancing Postcard!. Choose Tap to upload music to select an MP3 or WAV, up to 20 MB.

The Pixabay music link opens an external website as an optional source. Download a suitable file there, then return to Posted.art to upload it; selecting music on that site does not attach it automatically.

Choose the clip

Use the upper track view to choose the start of a clip of up to 30 seconds. Drag the red vertical marker and use Play to preview the selection. The upper time labels describe the source track; the lower playback bar describes the selected clip.

Select Confirm to attach it and return to the canvas. Reopen the music-note panel to review the saved audio. On Share, the music control toggles playback; it does not replace this upload panel.

Why does my saved music start at zero?

Confirm saves the selected clip, rather than retaining the full original song for future trimming. Reopening it can show 0:00–0:30 without a start marker because the saved clip itself begins at zero. It still contains the segment you chose from the original track.

To choose a different part of the original song, select Delete, upload the original file again, choose the start and confirm.

Add a gift voucher or photo

Select the gift box to open Add a Gift!. Select the upload area to choose an image, up to 40 MB.

The Recharge link opens an optional external website. You can buy a voucher from any suitable provider; you do not need to use that link. Buying a voucher externally and attaching its image are separate steps.

Save the voucher image or take a clear screenshot. If it is a document, capture the relevant voucher details as an image. Check that the barcode, voucher number, PIN and any other redemption details are complete and readable. Include instructions the recipient needs. You are responsible for providing a usable image; the provider's terms determine where and how the voucher can be redeemed.

The attachment may also be a personal photo instead of a voucher. It accompanies the artwork and written message in the same Postcard.

Review the image, then select Confirm. Reopen the gift panel to check the attachment. To replace it, select Delete and upload another image.

Screenshots: gift upload panel and example image preview. The sample voucher illustrates attachment preview, not a redeemable offer.

You can also attach a gift while preparing the Postcard on Share. After the Postcard is created, its gift view is read-only. See Share.

Continue to Share

Finish editing and use the top-right arrow or bottom paper-plane icon to review your artwork, message and attachments on Share. Check the complete design before creating it. Audio can be previewed there; change the attached audio back in Write.

Creating a new Postcard does not edit one you already created. Closing the completed Share workflow with its top-right X clears the working design. In the web flow, selecting artwork on Home instead clears the completed sharing state but retains the canvas and attachments; review them for the new recipient. See starting another Postcard.

Can I save an unfinished Postcard?

Your current design is temporary working state, not a durable saved draft. Returning after more than one hour in the background resets that working state; this is not a timer that resets during active editing. Reset app also clears the working design. Do not rely on it surviving a reload, app restart or session end.

To keep a prepared design for later, use Schedule Postcard in the standalone iOS or Android app. Up to five scheduled drafts are stored locally and survive the ordinary Reset app and background-timeout reset. Account deletion, app removal or clearing stored app data can remove them.

Scheduling is not available in web/PWA, Telegram or Farcaster. It provides a reminder to send rather than automatic recipient delivery. See scheduling.

Locally scheduled drafts are separate from the twenty active hosted Postcards limit for native sending. See pricing and Account for hosting and deletion.

Reconnect as soon as possible within that window, measured from the original attempt. Allow time for network confirmation, and do not immediately pay again for the same attempt.

If it is still missing, use the FAQ contact section and provide the transaction receipt and payment network. Recovery requires the prepared Postcard to remain stored; it is not an unlimited recovery guarantee.

Open or send the finished Postcard

The link beneath the QR code opens the finished experience that a recipient sees. Use it to review the result before sending. You can later reopen the same link from Account → Your Postcards by selecting its circular thumbnail, while it remains hosted.

To send it:

  • Show the QR code to someone who can scan it with a phone camera or QR scanner and open the detected link.
• Select Share to open the device's sharing options. Choose an available messaging app and recipient, then complete sending there.

For example, choosing WhatsApp sends the link through your own WhatsApp account. Available destinations depend on installed apps and their sharing support. Posted.art does not send an automated email on your behalf in this flow. Opening the share menu alone does not send the message.

The QR code and visible link lead to the same personalized Postcard, including its message and attached music or gift. The artwork's Card-page share icon instead shares the original artwork for browsing.

Controls after creation

After closing the ready panel, the finished Share screen provides:

• Paper plane / Share Postcard: opens sharing options for the finished link.
  • QR code: reopens the QR code and link panel.
  • Music: toggles playback when audio is attached.
  • Gift: opens an attached gift for viewing. It is read-only after creation, rather than the upload/edit panel.

The top-right forward chevron becomes an X, which closes the completed workflow, clears the working design and returns to Account.

Start another Postcard

Use Share's top-right X, then choose artwork on Home to start with a cleared working design. Switching tabs through bottom navigation alone does not close the completed workflow.

In the web flow, selecting an artwork tile on Home also clears Share's completed state without requiring X. It retains the current text, stickers, background, music and gift. Review retained content carefully for the new recipient, then continue through Write to Share; the dollar sign and chevron are available again when the artwork and canvas are ready. This creates a new Postcard and does not modify the previously created one.

Schedule for Later

Scheduling is available in the standalone Posted.art iOS and Android apps. It saves a prepared Postcard locally and reminds you when you want to send it. It is not available in the web app, Telegram, a wallet browser or Posted.art inside Farcaster.

Scheduling does not automatically send a message to a recipient. You create the finished Postcard and share its link yourself.

Save a scheduled Postcard

  1. Choose your artwork and prepare the message, music or gift you want to include.
  2. On Share, select the dollar sign or top-right chevron to open Confirmation.
  3. Choose Schedule Postcard.
  4. Select a date and time from one hour ahead to one calendar month ahead using the device's picker.
  5. Review the selected date and time, then select Confirm to save the scheduled Postcard.

The app returns to Account, where the item appears under Scheduled Postcards.

Notifications

Allow notifications if you want a reminder. Device notification settings can affect whether and when you see it; scheduling does not bypass silent modes or guarantee priority delivery. You can still find the item under Scheduled Postcards in Account.

Storage and limits

You can keep up to five scheduled drafts locally on the device. They are separate from the limit of twenty active hosted Postcards.

Scheduled items survive Posted.art's ordinary Reset app action and the working-state reset after more than one hour in the background. These resets clear the current working design instead.

Deleting your account clears scheduled drafts. Removing the app or clearing its stored data can also lose them. Local scheduling is not a cloud backup or a promise of access from another device.

See Account for Reset app and deletion behaviour.

Screenshot applicability

Use the iOS scheduling screenshots for iOS instructions. For Android, reuse common artwork, Write, Share and finished-Postcard illustrations, but do not present an iOS system picker or platform-specific dialog as an Android screenshot. Where an Android-specific capture is unavailable, explain the step in text. See screenshot guidance.

Submit artwork with Create & Earn

For contributing artists: Create & Earn submits original artwork to the shared library. To make a personal Postcard for someone, use How to create and send a Postcard instead; that flow starts by choosing existing artwork on Home and does not require this upload control.

Submit individual artworks for review through Create & Earn in the web app. This feature requires a connected, authenticated wallet on a supported EVM network: Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Arbitrum. It is not available through Solana, Telegram or the standalone Posted.art iOS/Android apps. Inside Farcaster, it requires a supported EVM connection.

Open Create & Earn

Select the heart-plus Upload postcard control at the lower right of Home. If the control is missing, check your wallet connection and network. The heart-plus is an upload action, separate from saving an artwork to Favorites.

View Home with the EVM upload control

Check your connected wallet before submitting. Your submission is associated with that creator wallet, which is used for creator proceeds when the approved artwork is purchased as an Art Certificate. Connect the wallet where you want to receive those proceeds.

Prepare your file

The upload panel accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV and WebM, with a maximum file size of 50 MB. If your photo is in another format, export it to a listed format before uploading.

Files are prepared automatically:

  • Images become WebP.
  • Videos become silent MP4, up to 10 seconds after conversion.
  • Landscape media is centre-cropped to square.
  • Portrait media keeps its ratio up to 9:16; taller media is centre-cropped to 9:16.
  • Smaller media is not upscaled.

Choose a file in the upload area and check the converted preview, especially important details near cropped edges. Review the Terms of Service, then select Confirm to submit for review.

Moderation before publication

Every submission is reviewed by Posted.art before it is added to the library. The review checks that the artwork is suitable as a reusable Postcard and meets the content requirements.

Submitting does not publish the artwork immediately or guarantee acceptance.

Individual uploads, series and special editions

The upload form is intended for individual Postcards. Unless a different arrangement is agreed before publication, submissions use unlimited editions. Posted.art assigns an appropriate category and, where applicable, a series name.

The form does not let you specify a series name, limited-edition quantity or premium price. Use the FAQ contact section to arrange these before publication:

  • Named series: at least 12 Postcards with a unique series name, agreed with Posted.art so approved work can appear together on Home.
  • Limited editions: agree the desired quantity. Edition quantities apply separately per supported network.
  • Premium or special pricing: agree the price and edition arrangement with Posted.art.

For a complete series, contact Posted.art rather than uploading every item through the individual form. Arrange a file-sharing link for the complete series, and include your creator-wallet address, proposed series name and any requested edition limits or pricing. Never share wallet recovery words or private keys.

Creator proceeds

The current primary-sale revenue split and secondary-royalty conditions are maintained in FAQ — How does creator revenue work?.

Creator proceeds go to the wallet associated with the submitted artwork, not the buyer's wallet or a personal Postcard's recipient. Primary Art Certificate sales, personal Postcard delivery fees and secondary resales are separate; do not apply one product's revenue terms to another. Review the FAQ's current terms before submitting.

Screenshot applicability

The upload screenshots show the EVM web interface. They can illustrate matching Create & Earn controls inside Farcaster with a supported EVM connection. Do not use them to suggest that uploading is available in native Posted.art apps, Telegram or Solana. See screenshot guidance.

Buy and view Art Certificates

For collectors: this guide covers acquiring optional artwork ownership. To make a personal Postcard for someone, use How to create and send a Postcard; an NFT purchase is not required.

An Art Certificate NFT is an optional purchase associated with an artwork. Buying one is separate from creating or sending a personal Postcard.

Art Certificate purchases require a wallet connected to a supported EVM network: Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Arbitrum. Use these instructions in the web app, including inside Farcaster when connected to a supported EVM network. Art Certificate purchasing is not available through the standalone Posted.art iOS/Android apps, Telegram or a Solana connection.

Open the purchase panel

Open the artwork's Card page, headed Explore, then select the dollar-sign purchase icon. This is different from the dollar sign on Share, which is for creating a personal Postcard.

If the artwork purchase icon is missing, check that you are using the web wallet flow with a supported EVM connection. See wallet connection.

Review Confirmation

The Confirmation panel shows Art Certificate NFT, the purchase amount in the network's currency, a fiat reference and Total. It also links to the Terms of Service.

Review the current amount rather than treating a screenshot's price as fixed. See the FAQ pricing section for maintained reference prices. The Card summary may show a more rounded amount than the detailed purchase panel. Premium artworks have their own price; see pricing.

Select Confirm to begin preparation and the wallet payment flow. Opening or confirming this panel alone does not mean the wallet transaction has completed.

Review the wallet transaction

Your wallet opens a separate transaction request. This is a purchase transaction, distinct from the message signature used to sign in.

Check the requesting site, selected network, purchase amount, estimated network fee and expected NFT receipt before deciding whether to confirm. Wallet layouts and transaction estimates vary. A simulation or approval-screen screenshot is not proof of a completed purchase.

View a MetaMask transaction request on Base. This is a wallet-specific example; other wallets and Farcaster approval screens can look different. The screenshot's visible portion does not include the amount and fee rows further down in the wallet request.

After the purchase completes

The result marks Payment approved, Transferring Art Certificate to wallet, and Art Certificate is ready — Get Posted! as Done. It includes two different links:

  • View payment receipt opens the purchase transaction on the network's blockchain explorer.
  • View Art Certificate in your wallet, just above OK, opens the NFT's contract-and-token page on that explorer. It does not launch a particular wallet app.

The explorer depends on the purchase network: BaseScan for Base, Etherscan for Ethereum, BscScan for BNB Chain, and Arbiscan for Arbitrum.

Open an owned Art Certificate

In Account → Your Art Certificate NFTs, select an artwork thumbnail to open its preview.

View the owned Art Certificate preview
View the owned Art Certificate preview
  • X: closes the preview.
  • Plus / Navigate to card page: opens the matching library artwork in single-artwork mode. From there, continue to Write to create a personal Postcard. This route does not open the full series.
  • Bin / Delete NFT: opens a separate burn confirmation when supported by the NFT contract. Completing a burn requires a wallet transaction and destroys the relevant token quantity. It is irreversible, rather than simply hiding a thumbnail or deleting a hosted Postcard.

Unavailable plus or bin controls remain visible but muted, with a ban badge. The plus requires a matching artwork in Posted.art's library. The bin is checked separately for contract burn support; it does not require the artwork to remain in the library. An enabled control does not guarantee that every wallet transaction will succeed.

Why do several copies appear as one tile?

Art Certificates use ERC-1155 quantities. Multiple copies of the same token from the same contract and network appear as one artwork tile. When you own more than one copy, the preview's top-left quantity badge shows how many the connected wallet holds.

For example, ten owned copies appear as one tile with a quantity of ten in the preview. This is your owned quantity, not the edition's total supply or remaining availability. A quantity badge does not imply that bulk purchasing is available. The same token number on a different contract or network is a separate holding.

Why is my Art Certificate image missing?

The collection normally uses an optimized preview from Posted.art's artwork library. If that artwork is unavailable, the app also tries the permanent media referenced by the NFT's metadata. Loading or lookup failures can leave a placeholder or media error.

The thumbnail is separate from your blockchain holding. A missing image alone does not mean the NFT is gone. Use the NFT and transaction explorer links to check the relevant record. Artwork rendering on an explorer depends on its metadata and media support.

A video shows a play placeholder

Video poster thumbnails come from Posted.art's library; these separate poster images are not stored on Arweave. If the library poster is unavailable, the collection can show a play placeholder even when the permanent video remains available.

Select the video item to open its viewer inside Posted.art. It tries the available library video, with the permanent video referenced by the NFT metadata as a fallback. Loading that video does not recreate its grid poster. Playback still requires the media file to load successfully.

What does the small coloured dot mean?

The dot in the purchase confirmation is an optional storage-status indicator, not a button or proof of ownership:

  • Orange: a complete stored Arweave artwork-and-metadata record is not yet available for the artwork.
  • Green: the artwork and metadata are already stored on Arweave and can be reused for another purchase.

The same stored media and metadata can be reused across supported EVM networks. Arweave stores those files; the Art Certificate token is minted on the selected EVM network. The dot does not indicate that payment completed or that your wallet owns the token.

Screenshot applicability

The purchase and collection images show the EVM web interface, with Base used as the example. Reuse them for matching supported EVM steps, including within Farcaster, while identifying the example network where relevant. Use text instead of substituting MetaMask's approval screen for another wallet's actual prompt.

Do not use these images to suggest that Art Certificates are available in native Posted.art apps, Telegram or Solana. Common artwork browsing, Write and Share controls use the shared images listed in screenshot guidance.

Your Account

Account shows your connected identity and the Postcards you have created. Its connection controls and available sections depend on the client and wallet network you use.

Connect your account

ClientConnection and Account features
iOSSelect Continue with Apple and complete Apple's sign-in prompt. Settings and subscription management can also be available while disconnected when an active App Store subscription is recognized.
AndroidSelect Connect and use your Google account. The Settings gear appears after connection.
TelegramOpening the Posted.art Mini App connects using your Telegram account and starts on Account. If connection fails, close the Mini App and reopen it.
Web/PWASelect Connect, choose your wallet and complete the connection and ownership-signing requests. Account includes wallet information and Your Postcards.
FarcasterPosted.art runs inside Farcaster using the web wallet flow. Follow the instructions for the wallet network actually connected.

A supported EVM connection also shows Your Art Certificate NFTs. Solana and Telegram do not show this section. The wallet's brand alone does not determine which features are available: check the active network.

See wallet connection, Telegram, Solana or Farcaster for the relevant connection steps.

Why does iOS show Subscription: Active and Not connected?

Your App Store subscription and your Posted.art account connection are separate. The iOS app can recognize an active subscription while you are disconnected from your Posted.art account.

Subscription: Active describes your subscription. Not connected means you still need to connect for account features such as Favorites and Your Postcards. Select Continue with Apple to connect.

Find and review your Postcards

After creating a Postcard, select the top-right X on Share to close the completed workflow and return to Account. Find it under Your Postcards.

Select a Postcard's circular thumbnail to open its link and review the same finished experience a recipient sees. You can reopen it while it remains hosted. Its presence in Account confirms creation; it does not confirm that a recipient received or opened the link.

The circular Postcard thumbnails are separate from locally saved Scheduled Postcards in the native apps and from Art Certificate NFTs shown for supported EVM wallets.

View a web EVM Account with a personal Postcard and an Art Certificate. This image includes the EVM-only certificate section; it does not represent a Solana or Telegram Account.

Delete a Postcard

Select the small X on a Postcard thumbnail, then select Delete within a few seconds to confirm. If you do not confirm, the control returns to an X and the Postcard is kept. Select the thumbnail itself when you want to open the Postcard instead.

Deleting a hosted Postcard removes it from Your Postcards and ends access through its link for both you and recipients. It does not remove copies someone has already downloaded or saved separately.

Personalize your sender photo

Your account name and profile photo personalize the recipient's Postcard experience.

ConnectionProfile photo
iOS / Sign in with AppleAdd an optional photo using the plus on your Account avatar.
Android / GoogleUses the profile photo supplied by your connected Google account, when available.

Solana walletUses the connected wallet's resolved SNS avatar, when available.
FarcasterFollow the profile behaviour of the connected wallet network.

For a personalized wallet image, configure the avatar for your connected address through the relevant ENS or SNS identity service. Having an ENS or SNS name is optional for connecting a wallet. If no wallet profile image is available, a generated geometric avatar is used.

In iOS, remove an uploaded photo by selecting its small X, then Delete within a few seconds. The add-photo plus returns. Removing a photo is separate from deleting a Postcard or deleting your account.

Recover a Postcard after an interrupted wallet payment

If payment completed but the app disconnected before showing your Postcard:

  1. Reopen Posted.art and reconnect the same wallet.
  2. Go to Account → Your Postcards and allow time for payment verification.
  3. Reconnect as soon as possible, within three days (72 hours) of the original attempt. Recent unfinished payments are checked during reconnection.

Do not immediately pay again for the same attempt. Recovery requires the prepared Postcard to remain available and the payment to be verified. See payment recovery if it is still missing.

Native-app Settings

Settings is available in the standalone iOS and Android apps. It is not part of the Telegram or web wallet Account interface. Android requires account connection to show Settings; iOS can also provide subscription management while disconnected.

Reset app

Settings → Reset app runs immediately, clears the current working design and temporary working files, and returns to Home. Avoid using it while you still need an unscheduled design.

Reset app preserves locally saved Scheduled Postcards and does not delete hosted Postcards. See scheduling for saving a prepared Postcard locally in iOS or Android.

Delete account

Settings → Delete account opens a separate confirmation. Deletion removes your account data, including Postcards, Favorites and locally saved scheduled drafts, and disconnects the account. Read the permanent-deletion warning before proceeding.

In iOS, type delete account as requested before the deletion button becomes available. Close the dialog with its X if you do not want to proceed.

View the iOS account-deletion confirmation

Cancel a subscription

Use Settings → Cancel subscription to open the subscription-management flow for your app store. Complete cancellation in the store's management screen; opening Posted.art's menu or explanation does not itself cancel the subscription. Benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period.

In iOS, this option is also available while disconnected when the app recognizes an active App Store subscription.

Subscription price and hosting

See the FAQ pricing section for maintained reference prices.

Native subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles the final local price, currency and applicable taxes. Review the price in its purchase confirmation.

Each created Postcard includes 30 days of hosting. Normal subscription sending is subject to a limit of 20 active hosted Postcards at once. At the limit, delete an existing Postcard or wait for expiry before creating another. The separate limit of five locally scheduled drafts is explained in scheduling. See pricing for the differences between native subscriptions, web wallet payments and Telegram Stars.

Disconnect

In iOS and Android, select the Connected button at the top to disconnect immediately. Reconnect when you need account features again. Disconnecting is separate from deleting your account or cancelling a subscription.

Telegram reconnects automatically when you navigate through the Mini App. Web wallets have their own connection menu; follow wallet connection rather than assuming the native button behaviour applies.

Open the documentation

Select the small ⓘ information icon on Account to open the Posted.art website's Docs section.

Select screenshots for the user's client

Use the matching client and account state:

A Solana-specific connected Account screenshot is not available. Explain that screen in text rather than showing an EVM NFT collection or Telegram account as a Solana account. Farcaster users can use matching wallet-interface illustrations, but wallet approval screens can differ by host.

For common controls outside Account, all clients can reuse the matching Home, Card, Write and Share screenshots. The screenshot guidance lists the reusable images and client-specific exceptions.

Connect a Wallet

The web app uses Reown AppKit / WalletConnect for EVM and Solana wallet connection and ownership-signing. Available choices depend on your wallet, browser or host app.

Check the FAQ's current supported networks before choosing a connection. Network names and menu screenshots below illustrate the available flows; the FAQ maintains the current list. Check support for the particular feature, since Postcard payments and Art Certificates have different availability.

Use the network actually connected to determine your features. A wallet brand alone does not establish an EVM or Solana connection. See Solana and Farcaster for those flows.

Mobile wallet browser

One practical route on a phone is to open your wallet app's built-in browser, navigate to app.posted.art, and select Connect. MetaMask with a supported EVM network and Phantom with Solana are examples; they do not define every network those wallet products support.

If switching between the phone's normal browser and a wallet repeatedly loses the connection, try the wallet's built-in browser. Compatibility varies by wallet, browser and integration; do not assume every external-browser handoff works or that all iOS browser-to-wallet connections are impossible.

Open the network selector

Select Posted.art's connected wallet-address button to open the wallet account menu. At its top left, select the current network icon and downward arrow. This is different from the account-name dropdown near the centre.

Switching between supported EVM networks uses the existing wallet connection and can request a fresh sign-in signature. Review the selected network in the request. For example, switching to Base can display a Base sign-in request.

To change from EVM to Solana, disconnect and reconnect using the Solana option so the correct account is selected. An EVM address does not simply become a Solana account.

Which features should appear?

ConnectionPosted.art features
Supported EVM network: Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or ArbitrumPersonal Postcards, Art Certificate purchasing/collection and Create & Earn.
SolanaPersonal Postcards paid in SOL; no Art Certificate section, Card NFT-purchase control or Create & Earn.

Before a supported EVM connection, the NFT collection, Card purchase icon and Home Upload control are hidden in the disconnected web view. If you want to contribute, connect and authenticate an EVM wallet, then find the heart-plus Upload icon on Home. See Create & Earn.

For an Art Certificate, open the artwork's Card page and select its dollar icon. This is different from Share's dollar sign for personal Postcard creation. See Art Certificate purchasing.

Browsing artwork and using the web creator filter do not require NFT ownership controls. Native Posted.art subscription settings do not enable web wallet features.

Wallet names and profile images

An EVM wallet can resolve an ENS name and avatar; a Solana wallet can resolve an SNS name and profile image. If no image resolves, a generated geometric avatar is used. Registering an ENS or SNS name is optional for connection and Postcard sending.

Configure the relevant avatar for your connected wallet to personalize its profile. A name alone does not guarantee that an image is available. The wallet menu can show a resolved name while Posted.art's header shows a shortened address for the same account.

See Account for sender-photo behaviour.

Wallet connection and signing support

Connection and signature requests depend on compatibility between Posted.art, Reown/WalletConnect, the wallet and the host browser or app. Some issues require SDK or wallet updates; a connection failure does not establish which component caused it.

If a request stalls or fails:

  1. Note the wallet, device, browser/host, selected network, failed step and visible error.
  2. Close the connection dialog, reopen the app and try again. On mobile, consider the wallet's built-in browser.
  3. Check that your wallet supports the selected network and that the request belongs to the site and account you intended.
  4. If the problem persists, use the FAQ contact section.

Never share recovery words or private keys. If a payment already completed, follow payment recovery rather than immediately paying again.

Shared screens after connection

The matching Home/search, Card, Write and Share screenshots apply across clients. Account, connection, NFT and wallet-payment steps use the relevant wallet images.

The MetaMask desktop images illustrate that wallet's prompts, not every wallet or Farcaster approval screen. Use text when no matching system prompt has been captured. See screenshot guidance.

Solana

Use this guidance whenever the active wallet connection is Solana, including inside Farcaster. Available features follow the connected network, rather than the wallet brand or host app alone.

Connect and identify your wallet

Posted.art's web wallet connection and ownership-signing use Reown AppKit / WalletConnect. Follow the connection choices offered in your client and review the wallet's signature request.

See wallet connection for desktop and mobile routes. If a request stalls, follow connection and signing support. A failed sign-in request does not mean a payment or Postcard creation has completed.

Account shows your connected Solana wallet information, balance and Your Postcards. It can use an SNS avatar when one is available for the connected wallet; otherwise a generated geometric avatar is used. See Account.

Browse, write and create

Browse artwork, write a message, add music or a gift, and create a personal Postcard using the common interface. After creation, share the finished link through your chosen messaging app or show its QR code.

Use the shared Home/search, Card, Write and Share instructions. Solana does not use Telegram login, Telegram Stars or the standalone native-app subscription/scheduling flow.

Pay in SOL

Current reference prices and extension charges are maintained in the FAQ pricing section; checkout shows the amount payable in SOL.

Paid Solana Postcards use SOL. Checkout includes five-day hosting by default, with an optional extension to thirty days total. Review the SOL amount, extension choice and wallet network fee before authorizing payment.

When your account is eligible for a free Postcard, the free confirmation provides thirty-day hosting without a wallet payment. See pricing.

If payment completes but the connection is interrupted, reconnect the same wallet promptly and check Account → Your Postcards. See payment recovery for the three-day recovery window and next steps.

Why are Upload and Art Certificates missing?

Posted.art's Solana flow hides:

  • Create & Earn, including the heart-plus Upload control on Home.
  • The Card-page dollar icon for purchasing an Art Certificate NFT.
  • Your Art Certificate NFTs on Account.

These Posted.art features require a supported EVM connection. Their absence resembles Telegram's feature availability, but Solana still uses wallet identity and SOL payments. This does not mean Solana is generally unable to support NFTs.

The Share-page dollar sign remains available for personal Postcard creation and payment. It is separate from the hidden artwork NFT purchase control.

Follow your connected wallet network

For current purchase prices, see the FAQ pricing section and review the amount in your active checkout.

The active wallet network determines which features are available. Opening Farcaster alone does not establish a supported EVM connection.

For EVM connections, follow web wallet connection, Account, Art Certificate purchasing and Create & Earn as relevant. For a Solana connection, use the Solana guide. Do not use Telegram login or Stars-payment instructions for a Solana wallet.

Farcaster's official documentation describes both Ethereum wallet access and Solana wallet access. The wallet options available in a particular host can differ; check the connection actually offered rather than assuming every Farcaster session is EVM-only.

Browse, write and share

Use the same Home/search, Card, Write and Share instructions and shared screenshots as the other clients when the controls match.

Creating a personal Postcard is separate from purchasing an optional Art Certificate. After successful Postcard creation, use the link, QR code or Share control to pass the finished experience to a recipient.

For a matching supported EVM state, use the EVM Card, EVM Account, paid Postcard checkout and paid result with receipt. Identify Base or ETH as the example where relevant rather than promising the same price or network for every user.

Wallet approval screens can differ inside Farcaster. Do not present a MetaMask desktop-extension popup as Farcaster's actual approval screen. If no matching capture is available, explain the wallet step in text.

For Solana, reuse matching shared browsing, editing and finished-Postcard images. A connected Solana Account or SOL checkout screenshot is not available; do not substitute an EVM NFT collection, ETH price or Telegram Stars screen.

See screenshot guidance for the complete client/state mapping.

Pricing & Hosting

Creating a personal Postcard is separate from buying an optional Art Certificate NFT. The payment method and hosting options depend on the client you use.

For current subscription, wallet, Telegram Stars and Art Certificate reference prices, see FAQ — How much does it cost?. The FAQ is the maintained pricing reference; this guide explains the steps without duplicating price amounts. Review the final amount in the current checkout or app-store confirmation. Screenshot prices are illustrative and may be outdated.

Native Apple and Android apps

The standalone iOS and Android apps use subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store determines the final local price and currency and handles applicable VAT or other taxes. Review the amount in the store's purchase confirmation; do not add VAT to that final amount again.

Each created Postcard includes 30 days of hosting. Normal subscription sending is subject to a fair-usage limit of 20 active hosted Postcards at once. At the limit, delete an existing Postcard or wait for expiry before creating another. Deletion ends access through its link for you and recipients.

The separate limit of five scheduled drafts concerns local storage on the device, rather than five extra hosted Postcards. See scheduling and Account.

View an Android subscription offer. Its displayed price is an example for that store account, not a universal price for every region or iOS. For iOS pricing, follow the written store-price guidance rather than using the Android image as an Apple offer.

Web wallet and Telegram payments

Web wallets and Telegram use pay-as-you-use payments rather than standalone native-app subscriptions. See the FAQ pricing section for current base prices and extension charges.

Purchase flowPayment unitHosting option
Web EVM walletETH or BNB, according to the networkFive days, optionally extended to thirty days total
Solana walletSOLFive days, optionally extended to thirty days total
TelegramStarsFive days, optionally extended to thirty days total

The extension gives 30 days total, not thirty additional days. Selecting it adds the current extension charge and updates the checkout total. Stars are not cents; Telegram handles their purchase value and billing.

Web checkout shows the local-currency reference where available and the actual wallet payment amount. Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum payments use ETH, BNB Chain uses BNB, and Solana uses SOL. Inside Farcaster, follow the payment method for the active wallet network.

Review the current checkout total rather than treating a reference price or screenshot conversion as a fixed token amount. Wallet network fees are shown separately by the wallet where applicable.

Screenshots: web five-day checkout, web thirty-day option, Telegram five-day checkout, and Telegram thirty-day option. The web screenshots show an ETH example; they are not SOL checkout screenshots.

Wallet prices

Standard Art Certificate and Postcard delivery/hosting token prices are refreshed approximately every fifteen minutes. This does not mean an already-open checkout continuously refreshes. Review the final amount and any network fee in the wallet before approving payment.

Premium Art Certificates have their own artwork price, converted when preparing the purchase. Premium pricing does not affect personal Postcard sending fees. See Art Certificate purchasing.

Free Postcard

Posted.art offers one free Postcard per month, with 30 days of hosting. The app displays the free confirmation when your connected account is eligible.

Eligibility depends on currently hosted Postcards for that account. If none remain hosted, the app can offer a free Postcard again; this is not a promise that an additional free send unlocks on a particular calendar date. Deleting an existing Postcard ends recipient access, so do not delete a Postcard that you still want available merely to change eligibility.

A free Postcard does not require a wallet payment transaction. Buying an Art Certificate is a separate purchase and does not itself create a personal Postcard or consume that free creation offer.

View the shared free-Postcard confirmation. Use it for the matching eligible web EVM, Solana or Telegram state, including applicable wallet flows inside Farcaster. Native send/schedule controls are separate.

Why does a free Postcard say Payment Confirmed?

Free web creation reuses the completion layout. Postcard Prepared, Payment Confirmed and Postcard Ready — Get Posted! can all show Done even though no wallet charge was requested. That label alone is not evidence of a payment.

View the free completion screen. It has no wallet payment receipt link. Select OK to continue to the finished Postcard's sharing controls.

Paid completion and receipts

After an actual wallet payment, the result includes View payment receipt, linking to the transaction on the payment network's explorer.

View paid Postcard completion with its receipt link. This is separate from an Art Certificate purchase result, which also provides an NFT-view link.

If the connection was interrupted after payment, reconnect the same wallet promptly and check Account → Your Postcards before paying again. See payment recovery.

Choose the matching payment instructions

Use the app store's flow for standalone iOS/Android subscriptions, Stars for Telegram, and the connected network's wallet payment for web/PWA or Farcaster. A phone running Farcaster or a wallet browser is still using Posted.art's embedded web flow, rather than the standalone native subscription model.

See screenshot guidance to select the matching client and payment state. If a client-specific approval image is unavailable, use written instructions rather than substituting another wallet or store's screen.

Troubleshooting

Use the relevant task guide for normal steps. If something behaves unexpectedly, note your client, device and the action that triggered it so support can distinguish an editing problem from a connection or saving problem.

Text moves or wraps unexpectedly while typing

Longer messages and line breaks can sometimes produce small position changes or unexpected wrapping in the Write editor.

Finish editing with the checkmark, then inspect the message on the canvas. Check the appearance again on Share before creating the Postcard. Finishing editing is a way to review the result, not a guaranteed fix for every typing problem.

If the result is still wrong, describe:

  • Your client: iOS, Android, web/PWA, Telegram or Farcaster.
  • Your device and browser or host app, where relevant.
  • Whether the issue is movement, unexpected line breaks, missing text, freezing or failure to save.
  • The steps that reproduce it. A screenshot can help; remove private information before sharing one.

Do not assume missing text or a crash is simply harmless editor movement. Avoid resetting, refreshing or signing out while you still need an unsaved design: those actions can lose working state. See Write for editing and saving options.

Wallet connection or payment problems

For connection and signature requests, follow wallet connection support. Record the wallet, network and exact step that failed. Never share recovery words or private keys.

If a wallet payment completed but the Postcard did not appear, reconnect the same wallet promptly and check Account before paying again. See payment recovery.

Contact support

Use the FAQ contact section if the task guides do not resolve the problem. Include the relevant steps and visible error. For a payment issue, include the transaction receipt and network rather than wallet credentials.

Select the matching image

  1. Identify the client: iOS, Android, web/PWA, Telegram or Farcaster. Ask if that distinction changes the instructions and the client is unclear.
  2. Match the task and state: connected/disconnected, subscribed/unsubscribed, editing/created, and audio or gift present/absent.
  3. Use shared- images for matching common Home, Card, Write and Share controls across all five clients. The original capture device does not restrict this reuse.
  4. Use client-specific images for Account, authentication, Settings, billing, scheduling and wallet approval. Do not present another client's system prompt as the user's own screen.
  5. When no matching image exists, explain the step in text. An unrelated screenshot can be more confusing than no screenshot.

The focused text-editor image shows active editing, rather than every client's initial Write state or keyboard. A saved audio clip differs from the initial trimming view. The finished gift panel is read-only, unlike its upload panel. Shared screenshots do not imply that every attachment or feature is present for every user.

Current prices and networks

Use FAQ — current prices and the current checkout/store confirmation for amounts. Screenshot prices and Stars totals are examples, not authoritative current offers.

Use FAQ — supported networks for current support. A network list in an image is not a permanently complete list. Distinguish personal Postcard payments from Art Certificate/Create & Earn support, and check the network actually connected rather than inferring it from the wallet brand or host app.

Route by task and client

A request to create, make or send a Postcard belongs to the personal Postcard flow. Use the complete beginner walkthrough. The heart-plus Upload control belongs to artist contributions through Create & Earn, not to creating a personal Postcard.

Client-specific limits on image reuse

  • iOS and Android: Account, sign-in, Settings and billing use their own images. No iOS subscription-offer image is available; use text rather than the Android offer. iOS scheduling illustrations are not Android system-picker screenshots.
  • Web EVM: use wallet Account, contribution, NFT and paid-wallet examples for matching supported EVM states. The MetaMask prompts are desktop MetaMask examples, not universal wallet or Farcaster prompts.
  • Solana: use matching shared browsing/editor/result images. A connected Solana Account, SOL checkout and approval screenshot are unavailable. Do not substitute EVM NFT collections, ETH/BNB amounts or Telegram identity/Stars screens. See Solana.
  • Telegram: use its connected header and Stars checkout images. Do not use native Settings/scheduling or EVM Art Certificate screens. See Telegram.
  • Farcaster: use shared controls and the wallet-interface examples appropriate to the active network. Its approval UI can differ from MetaMask's extension. See Farcaster.

The free-confirmation image below applies to eligible EVM, Solana and Telegram web-app flows. It is not a paid Stars or wallet checkout, or a native send/schedule panel. Free completion can say Payment Confirmed without a wallet charge and has no wallet receipt link. Paid Postcard success includes a transaction receipt; NFT success also includes an NFT-view link.

ETH examples are not SOL quotes. MetaMask payment screenshots show the upper wallet request; network-fee details further down are not visible. The same wallet can show different sign-in and transaction requests, so match the action rather than only the wallet logo.
